To investigate whether and to what extent there remains skills mismatch between the graduates and the current job markets home and abroad, this study will use extensive needs analysis. In the light of the findings, the current evaluation system will be analyzed to find out its capacity and effectiveness to address those gaps. A workable evaluation system will be designed to produce graduates imbued with the skills sought for in the professional sectors.
